The motivation behind the project is based on the belief in values of honesty, transparency, social responsibility and altruism. Noting real exploitation of the handicraft sector and artisans, in the region concerned, as well as an impoverishment, cultural and economic, of the village of Ouedref, a necessity appeared; The safeguarding of cultural heritage and the fight against poverty. To remain alive, cultural heritage must be relevant to the community, constantly recreated and transmitted from one generation to another. However, in the absence of favourable working conditions and a decent income, wealth is becoming less relevant and its viability is no longer assured.
